Some teachers will already say we have the fly flip cards already why do we need them in the mimio gallery. I believe you can use both. As a person who likes variety and not doing the same thing again and again having the concrete fly flip cards and then having them to use with the mimio gives me that variety. Some of the students who struggle see it on the whiteboard and it makes sense to them. It is there world. They are able to interrupt the information in a way they can use.

The flip flipping activity can be used to develop addition facts with five and later with 10.

I also have an activity that I can use for a group to work through while I teach another group. The lesson has been created and it relates directly back into the Numeracy books. I have the freedom with the gallery to quickly create my own activities or teaching session.
